Steve-O has revealed that he once had plans to carry out a truly hair-raising stunt - something even more nuts than his usual stuff.
The comedian is known for his many daring, or foolhardy, stunts on the iconic show Jackass.
But while there's no doubt that there were some terrifying and painful stunts on the show, some stunts are so risky that even someone like Steve-O is forced to concede that they're a bit too far.

The comedian spoke to Entertainment Weekly about just such a stunt, revealing that he draws inspiration from Hollywood A-lister Tom Cruise.
The desire to one-up the 62-year-old - who is known for doing his own stunts - has motivated the Jackass star, 50, to keep going with his own wild feats of bravery/stupidity.
He told Entertainment Weekly: "I'm out to make Tom Cruise look like a big fat p*ssy. That's my mantra. It's a tough spot to be in, but I'm a persistent b*stard."
But one stunt was a step too far even for Steve-O.

This was the idea that he would allow himself to be shot in the face for a stunt. Yes, you read that right.
Obviously there isn't a 'good' part of the body to get shot, but if you did have to pick, then your head would definitely be on the 'hard no' list.
Nonetheless, that didn't stop Steve-O from considering a stunt which would see him shooting a bullet through his head.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, he explained: "I would say the worst idea was when I decided that, if I were to fire a bullet through my cheeks, I figured that I had enough space in between my teeth when my mouth is wide open.
"With a super slow motion camera, you'd be able to see the bullet pass through my cheeks and my mouth.
"I didn't think that the stakes were that high. What, am I going to end up with more fake teeth? Big whoop."

The problem is, when a bullet hits something whether that's a wall or a person then the bullet doesn't continue on in a straight line.
It can change direction and ricochet, which is very bad news if the bullet is travelling very close to your brain.
Steve-O said: "Especially small caliber bullets like a .22, which is what I would imagine we would have to use, when they hit soft tissue, they absolutely change direction.
"Enough for it to hit a tooth, which would then absolutely make it ricochet in crazy directions. As hard as I tried, and as many people as I reached out to, all roads led to that not happening either."

That's definitely for the best!
