Wax museum unveils Taylor Swift figure and fans are outraged calling it 'horrid'

Wax museum unveils Taylor Swift figure and fans are outraged calling it 'horrid'

The statue is definitely a sight to be seen

A wax museum has unveiled its latest statue of Taylor Swift, but unfortunately, I don't think they're getting the reaction they hoped they would receive.

If you're one of the many people out there who for some reason enjoy looking at wax figures of celebrities, you'll be happy to learn that there's a museum in Hamburg, Germany, which boasts a vast collection of waxed up celebs that are simply waiting for your selfie with 'em.

From Elvis Presley to The Beatles, the Panoptikum Wax Museum is the oldest and largest wax museum in Germany with a whole buffet of over 120 figures.

And yet, their newest main course edition has not seemed to go down so well with fans.

The museum unveiled a wax figure of Swift on Monday, and what was supposed to be a celebratory feat, quickly dwindled into absolute meme chaos as Swifties have had their fair share of words to say.

There were a lot of question marks. A lot of 'are you sure's'. And unfortunately, a whole lot of funny.

"Baby this is an art teacher from Minnesota," one user on Twitter wrote.

"Well veil it," another chimed in.

"Oh they did her DIRTY," another wrote.

Shall I go on?

"If someone made a wax figure of me so heinously bad, I would end up on the national news," one user quipped.

"That's not Taylor Swift. Heck, that's not even Aylor Wift," another wrote.

Now, I could go on but I do feel bad considering the hours and days that were likely spent making this figure.

In the museum's defense, I personally don't think it's that bad, it's just different!

Meanwhile, Swift is currently trailblazing through the European leg of her Eras tour.

The Grammy-winning artist is slated to perform at London's Wembley Stadium this weekend.
