Travis Kelce made touching nod to Taylor Swift during Chiefs vs. Bills touchdown celebration

Travis Kelce made a touching nod to Taylor Swift during a touchdown celebration in the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

For the past few months, the pair have frequently been seen out and about together, with even Swift's famously protective fans seeming to approve of their budding romance.

In the time, the celeb couple have been an item there have been a lot of sweet moments between the pair, including when Kelce sang in a studio and dedicated a song to his 'soul mate'.

Now, the NFL star has made another touching nod to his other half as he flashed Swift's signature heart sign to the crowd after catching a wide open pass to give his team the lead in the second quarter.

Kelce then followed that up by blowing a kiss in the apparent direction of Swift, who was in the VIP suite at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York.

Swift was evidentially delighted with the touchdown as she celebrated alongside Kelce's family, including his brother, Jason, and sister-in-law, Kylie Kelce.

Cameras also caught the 'Shake It Off' singer hugging friends in the box after her man scored his first touchdown in eight games.

Swift was also joined by pals Brittany Mahomes and Cara Delevingne for the big game.

Many questions have remained unanswered on Kelce and Swift's romance - though the former did provide some answers last year.

It turns out that Kelce's in to Swift's inner circle came when Swift performed at Kelce's home stadium at Arrowhead in Kansas City.

Kelce told WSJ Magazine: "She’ll probably hate me for saying this, but... when she came to Arrowhead, they gave her the big locker room as a dressing room, and her little cousins were taking pictures... in front of my locker."

But then things warmed up when Kelce received a text from none other than Swift herself.

The pair subsequently met up, including one trip in New York.

He said: "When I met her in New York we had already kind of been talking, so I knew we could have a nice dinner and, like, a conversation, and what goes from there will go from there."

Needless to say, when the pair started dating, people frequently reminded Kelce of his good fortune.

He said: "Everybody around me telling me: Don’t f--- this up! And me sitting here saying: Yeah – got it."
