Francia Raisa has opened up about some of the hate she's received from Selena Gomez's fans after speculation about issues between the pair began to circulate.
Raisa and Gomez were previously known to be very close friends - so close, in fact, that in 2017 Raisa donated a kidney to Gomez, who has been diagnosed with lupus.
At the time, Gomez described Raisa as her 'beautiful friend' and said she'd given her the 'ultimate gift', adding: "I am incredibly blessed. I love you so much sis."

Like any relationship, theirs appears to have changed over the years and speculation about whether they had issues began in November 2022, when Gomez said Taylor Swift was her 'only friend in the industry'.
Raisa later unfollowed Gomez on social media, and earlier this month Raisa made headlines for 'dodging' a question about Gomez when asked about their friendship.
After being approached by TMZ, the outlet reported that Raisa didn't give any details on whether she and Gomez were on good terms, and instead decided to change the subject entirely.

Raisa didn't seem too keen to talk about the Only Murders in the Building star during a more recent interview, either, but she did discuss the problems that have been sparked by the rumoured beef between the two celebs.
The actor, who is known for her role on the Disney+ show How I Met Your Father, explained that comments from fans had got 'pretty bad' since her earlier TMZ interview.
"Now I'm being bullied like crazy," she said. "It's not good at all, it's not fun."

Raisa revealed that one comment from a troll saw them threaten to 'rip out her kidney', adding: “The only thing I’m going to say is in no way, shape or form does anyone condone bullying, especially Selena."
Raisa went on to reference Gomez's Rare Impact Fund, which works to raise money to increase access to mental health services and education for young people around the world.
“She literally has a whole nonprofit dedicated to mental health,” Raisa said.
“And I believe Rare Beauty just had an event for mental health.

"So the fact that I’m now being bullied as I am, it’s messing with me mentally. To me it's not what anyone wants for someone.
"She's literally out there saying 'please stop'. So I don't understand why it's not stopping."
Raisa said that she's doing her best not to read the hate, and is instead focusing on being 'very happy' and living her life.
