Spencer Pratt has explained why Friends actor Lisa Kudrow was 'one of the worst humans' he's ever met.
The Hills star made the revelation earlier this week in an unexpected TikTok video, but did not explain the reason for his vitriol.
However, this has all changed with the release of a two-part video in which he revealed why he's got such a dislike for the beloved Phoebe from Friends.

While sitting on a beach with crystals around his neck, Pratt claimed that it all started in 2009 when he and his wife Heidi Montag had been invited to their first ever A-list party by the president of NBC.
Although the gathering, held at the then-chairman of NBC Universal's Malibu mansion, was a major moment for the reality TV couple, Pratt claims it was 'clear nobody wanted them there'.
"But Heidi and I didn't care," he continues. "There was delicious food, open bar, beautiful views of the Malibu ocean.

"As we were sitting there consuming a little caviar, Phoebe approaches, which was a little shocking since nobody had talked to us at all at the party."
He carries on the anecdote in part two, saying: "So as we were standing near the buffet, that's when Phoebe Buffay rolls up." At this point you might wonder whether he's trolling everyone – Buffay at the buffet – but he goes on...
"And right in front of me she tells Heidi that she needs to get away from me as fast as possible because I'm going to murder Heidi and that I have the eyes of a serial killer.
"Heidi waits to see if this is a joke, maybe this is a bit, a skit, maybe this is a hidden camera show why we're invited to this elite party.

"No laughs – she just walks away. And that right there was the rudest moment I've ever encountered with a human being."
While a few people jumped to Pratt's defence, The Hills fans out there supported Kudrow's hypothesis.
As said by one, "Not for nothing, I watched the show, maybe she was 'looking out' for Heidi. We all felt bad for Heidi, you were a producer of the show too, was a lot."
"To be fair… back then with the information that was given a lot thought that," wrote another, although they did add, "But, to say it to your face," alongside an embarrassed emoji.

A third added, "Team Lisa Kudrow all the way," while a fourth chimed in, "I’m sorry I love her for that, THAT'S hilarious."
