Zac Efron was spotted looking debonair while he posed and conversed with other celebs at a glitzy film festival a month after being hospitalized.
This year’s amfAR Gala saw a whole host of celebs and actors make an appearance during the 81st Venice International Film Festival.
One person who couldn’t help but turn heads was Efron, not only for sporting a fashionable all black ensemble along with black sunglasses, but because this is his first appearance out in a while.

Now, if you have been kept in the Efron loop you’ll know this is about a month after the actor suffered an accident that landed him in hospital.
According to his reps, he was staying at a villa in Ibiza when he suffered a 'minor swimming incident' on August 2.
They added he was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure but some of the details have been a lil scarce.

According to reports, Efron became distressed in the water for an unknown reason and had to be helped out of the water by two members of villa staff.
A source close to Efron confirmed to PEOPLE that the star had ingested water into his lungs after hitting the bottom of the pool during a dive.
The insider added that Efron was pulled out of the water by security at the villa after showing signs of distress. He was then taken to the hospital out of caution due to being dazed momentarily.
X-Rays were done at the hospital and confirmed there was no water in his lungs. Reaffirming he was on the mend, Efron took a picture lifting weights on Aug 4 adding in a caption: “Happy and healthy. Thanks for the well wishes.”

This isn't the first time the actor has been hospitalized, as in 2013, Efron nearly died following an ordeal that left him with a broken jaw.
It's believed that Efron had been running through his home in a pair of socks when he slipped and hit his face on a granite fountain.
As a result, he had to have surgery and his jaw wired shut for a period of time. The actor also had undergone physical therapy afterwards.

Efron says the accident is the reason the shape of his face has changed over the years, as different muscles had to work harder to compensate for his near-fatal injury.
Let's hope he's all recovered now.
