A disturbing 911 call where a mother confesses to 'killing' her children has resurfaced on social media
Debra Janelle Jeter was sentenced in 2010 after she'd attempted to kill both of her daughters, Kiersten and Kelsey Jeter, in 2009.
The Hillsboro resident pleaded guilty to capital murder and attempted capital murder and according to investigators, she and her husband were undergoing a divorce.

They also said this had been her first meeting with her daughters under a new custody agreement, NBC DFW reported.
According to The Sun, she had been in a mental health facility since before 2004 - with her husband reportedly taking out a temporary restraining order on her.
After being released, a judge removed the restraining order, the outlet reported.

On June 5, she was scheduled to visit her daughters in Texas - but things took a dark turn.
She drove her two children to an abandoned house along a highway and attacked Kiersten and Kelsey with a knife - which killed 12-year-old Kelsey.
Kiersten, however, was left fighting for her life.

Jeter called 911, telling the dispatcher: “I have just killed my children.
“I’m in the abandoned house on highway 77 right after you go underneath the highway.
"One of them is still alive, hurry.”
When asked again, she continued to say: “I'm on highway 77 right after you go under 35, going toward Milford. Get an ambulance out here to save the one that didn’t die, go on, hurry up.”

The dispatcher asked for Jeter’s name - to which she refused.
“One of them is still alive for real, I couldn’t handle that. She has been here a long time, she might already die as she has bled out a lot.” she said.
Jeter was also asked if she was in her car, but she said that she was 'walking around the house'.

She also let the dispatcher know that she was 'unarmed', with the only thing in her hand being her cell phone.
Police arrived at the house to arrest Jetter, who, according to CBS, was lying on the ground before being taken into custody.
Kiersten was taken to the hospital where she received life-saving surgery.
The Hillsboro Reporter said that the knife used to attack the girls had been found on top of Jeter's car when police arrived.
Jeter accepted a plea deal of life without parole in order and is believed to be serving her sentence in a Texas Department of Criminal Justice prison unit in Gatesville.
