If you are going to get tattoos or piercings all over your body it’s important to know it’s probably going to hurt but one man said one area was just ‘downright terrible’.

Influencer Jeremy Schofield, who goes by Remy, regularly shares his many tattoos and body modifications on his Instagram page, much to the delight of his fans.

The Canadian, has said over the years he has spent at least $150,000 on tattoos ($200,000 Canadian), but stopped counting after a while, so the true number is likely even higher.

Obviously, this results in a load of questions and in a video, Schofield decided he’d answer a burning question

That burning question you may ask? Whether he has any piercings on his crotch. Now, just reading that sentence made me recoil, but each to their own.

In a video replying Schofield replied: "Yeah I have some below the belt work done. I've had the piercing under my belt done for a very long time, I previously spoke about it in a video which had gone viral.

"I still believe it's one of the most painful things I've ever done, personally. Some tough guys came in and talked about how those don't hurt that much, but they do hurt that much.

“Those guys are either full-blown liars or in some form of denial, getting a piercing below the belt is never pleasant and some are downright terrible."

And if you wanted to know exactly what piercing he had done, you might want to brace yourself before you google it. It is known as a Dydoe piercing and it is placed through the ridge of the glans of the penis.

You have been warned before you Google it, mind you.

Social media users praised Schofield for his candid replies and his dedication to self expression, adding that it helps inspires them with their own body art.

“I love your body art and how you are unapologetically yourself. It’s an honor to witness your journey. Dydoes are definitely rough,” one user wrote.

“Ain’t that the truth! Nice to see someone admit they do suck and not act like they are a walk in the park,” another added.

“Yeah bro I googled what those piercings are. I believe you when you say those were the most painful.,” a third commented.

“I can’t stand people who say certain insanely brutal mods dont hurt. Like BRO, yes the f*** they do. I’ll take the advice from the dude who has literal holes in his cartilage & multiple body suits before anyone else lol.”

So, would you get the piercing down below yourself?
