A man's packed lunch made by his wife has left social media users all saying the same thing.

Remember the good old days when you used to skip into school and race your way through morning lessons all so you could sit down in the canteen, open up your cute little colorful plastic box and munch down on whatever perfectly rectangular sandwich squares of heaven lay inside, alongside whatever surprise snack may be hidden below? No? Me neither, because I was forced to eat the sludge that was school meals.

But hey, if you missed out, don't forget you can still have a packed lunch when you're an adult and if you're as lucky as this TikToker, someone may even lovingly make it for you - even if it contains one slightly questionable item.

A TikTok user, who goes by the name Red Hen Racing, took to his page earlier this year to share what his wife packed for him for his '20-hour shift at the ball-crushing factory'.

First up, neatly packaged in a ziplock bag, is trail mix with animal crackers thrown in too alongside a pouch of Kool Aid.

Another snack consists of greek yogurt with the granola in a separate bag - so 'it doesn't get soggy' obviously - as well as the strawberries in a separate bag as well.

One meal is spaghetti and another is a pack of tortillas to go with the chicken wrap meal, made up of 'seasoned' tomatoes and cheese.

Oh, and if that wasn't enough already, there's also the option of two sauces and a handy spork too.

Complimenting each meal is an energy drink for all three - breakfast, lunch and dinner - and well, you can probably guess which part of the packed meal social media users decided to hone in on.

One Twitter user wrote: "Three cans of Monsters, sugar water pouch, with trail mix and spaghetti… damn that’s low key a health hazard waiting to happen."

"Everything is good but the energy drinks, seems dangerous and I’d love to know what he do for her in return," a second added.

Another responded: "Too many energy drinks."

Indeed, Healthline does warn not to consume more than two Monster energy drinks per day.

However, jokes and Monster drinks aside, many social media users were ultimately resolved on one particular thing.

As the TikToker said himself in the caption to his video: "My wife is better than your wife."

And as one Twitter user echoed: "Bro is the most fortunate man on the planet."
