Some people just have all the luck in the world - particularly North Carolina man Pharris Frank.
This week, Pharris, 41, won a whopping $2 million in the North Carolina Education Lottery.
The odds of winning a lottery jackpot are slim as it is, but for Pharris, this win was particularly unbelievable.

You see, just two years ago, he took home a $1 million jackpot in the same lottery. Some guys have all the luck, eh?
Pharris won his first big jackpot back in July 2021, after spending $25 on a scratch-off ticket.
When he was handed the $1 million check, he decided to save some of the money for a rainy day, and put the rest toward he and his then-fiancée's dream wedding.

Two years later, Pharris was out of town for work when he bought a $20 Diamond Dazzler ticket.
The Diamond Dazzler game was launched last January by the North Carolina Lottery.
According to the lottery, the chances of taking home the top prize of $2 million are about one in 1.5 million, but those sorts of figures weren't going to stop Pharris.
Strangely, in his gut, Pharris knew that he was going to take home that prize money, and even told his friend about his premonition.

"It's crazy because the day before I won, my buddy was asking me how it felt to win $1 million," he recalled. "And I told him that I was going to double it."
Even though Pharris says he predicted the win, he was still absolutely speechless when he got the news.
"I didn't know if I was dreaming or not," he admitted. "I was just in shock for a while."
Eventually, when he found his words, Pharris's first move was to share the news with his wife.

"I called my wife and told her, 'I did it again'," he shared. "It’s cool because the first time I won it was two miles from my house and this time I was four and a half hours away.
"What are the chances of me being down there at that exact moment in time?"
On Monday (27 March), Frank arrived at the North Carolina lottery headquarters to collect his winnings.

Rather than take an annual $100,000 payment for the next 20 years, Frank opted to collect a lump sum of $855,006 after federal tax withholdings.
This time around, Frank and his wife plan to spend their winnings on a nice vacation.
