Self-styled 'biohacker' Bryan Johnson has opened up about 'regenerating' one part of himself in particular.
In an announcement that sounds like something out of Doctor Who fan fiction, the 'biohacker' revealed that he is looking into 'regenerating' the penis.
The bizarre video on Instagram saw him posing the question of whether a man in his 40s can have the functionality of an 18-year-old.

In it, he asked: "Can a 46 year old male regenerate his penis to have the performance characteristics of an 18 year old? Not just a tough guy talk but can you actually have a functional penis equal to an 18 year old?"
He went on to explain: "The reason why we are working on this rejuvenation is because we're looking at every organ of the entire body. Your reproductive system is just as important as your heart and your lungs and your liver."
The 'biohacker' clarified that while many people think mainly about size when it comes to the Old Chap, there are actually a number of considerations to bear in mind.

He said: "A lot of people talk about penis size, like how big is your penis, but you really need to know what is the flow, what's your urination speed, what are your interactions.
"Sexual function is a critical part of any person's identity of the way they make meaning in life or their joy and satisfaction."
Johnson took the internet by storm when he revealed his strict diet, which he adheres to in an effort to maintain his youth.
The businessman reportedly spends some $2 million a year in order to attain the body of a teenager.

Presumably that doesn't include the acne, shaky voice, and body odour.
Perhaps unsurprisingly maintaining such a body is not something which comes easily.
It includes eating a pudding which is made from a combination of nut milks and fruits, and which reportedly is the colour of a 'pencil eraser'.

Journalist Charlotte Alter was lucky enough to have a taste, and remarked that it was 'not too different from a vegan yogurt', though it did taste 'a little dusty'.
Delicious.
Despite criticism, Johnson maintains that he gets just as much joy from his food as someone who ate a regular diet.
He said: "If you could actually measure the biochemical reactions between the two of us.

"I would argue I experience more exquisite joy from my food consumption than they do."
