Not happy with your boss? Well, a company may have the answer for you by offering a service for employees to complain about their manager anonymously.

Many work places will send surveys to their employees where they can give feedback on the company, their manager, and anything that is bothering them at work, really.

But while said company may say the survey is anonymous, some employees may decide against taking part over the potential they may be outed for telling a few home truths.

So, why not tell an external individual about the problems you're facing at work?

And that's exactly where Occupational Cares Diversity Affairs (OCDA) comes in.

CEO Calimar White works to confront terrible bosses and their supervisors after their employees complained about them.

And they go up to these managers and fellow staff in person and put the complaints to them in a rather aggressive manner.

It certainly makes for uncomfortable viewing for any manager, but a fun watch for those who watch the encounters on White's TikTok account.

Employees wanting to get involved and complain about their boss can go to the OCDA website and fill an anonymous complaint.

Once that has been sent off, OCDA do their magic by sending White, also known as Agent Ratliff, to the designated workplace.

With a camera crew by his side, White confronts the boss at their place of work, which can make for some rather uncomfortable encounters.

Best of all, the service is free. So, if you've got a manager you really don't like, then it may be worth writing that complaint out.

OCDA and White's work has gone viral, with one person on Reddit sharing one of his videos and saying: "This man owns a company where he complains to people’s bosses on their behalf anonymously."

Many have flocked to the comments section of the post having seen White slam the bosses.

One person said: "Lol at some of the people on here questioning the effectiveness of his methods as if he’s a serious mediator. This guy is hilarious. Top shelf content on his site."

A second added: "Man I want this job. Just blow into businesses like a tornado, start s*** over the course of three minutes, and leave."

While a third questioned: "How anonymous can it actually be? Like the shop in question is an automotive shop. They probably have, what? 20 employees? Simple deduction to figure out who needs to be released from service."
