Keith Lee has spoken out following his recent trip to San Francisco.
The MMA fighter-turned-TikTok food critic travels around different parts of the US to review restaurants people have suggested to him.
From Atlanta and New York, to Detroit and Chicago, Lee has been travelling all over the country of late.
And the place he visited most recently is the San Francisco Bay Area; but the trip wasn't what Lee expected.

Upon announcing that he was going there, people warned the 27-year-old that it wasn't safe there at the moment and even compared it to Gotham City.
But Lee still took the trip, and he sadly ended up cutting the trip short.
Lee took to his TikTok page - where he boasts over 15 million followers - to share why.

"The Bay Area food tour is officially over prematurely," he said.
"I truly don’t believe the Bay is a place for tourists right now… the people of the Bay are just focused on surviving.
"The amount of tents and living structures and burnt-out cars that we saw people living in was shocking to say the least."
As well as safety concerns, Lee found that the food wasn't up to scratch.

With this in mind, he 'didn't feel comfortable' sharing his reviews.
"I’ve always been big on honesty, I’ve always been big on transparency, but I’ve never been big on completely tearing down anybody, and I feel like those six videos were only doing that," the dad-of-two said of the poor quality food.
He also had a trip to the emergency room while on his travels after suffering an allergic reaction.

Lee said he asked the restaurant (which he didn't name) to clean the grill after cooking shellfish on it, but he still 'blew up like a balloon' afterwards.
He went on to be given allergy medicine and steroids in hospital to clear up the reaction.
While Lee didn't have the best experience there, he did share some of his highlights from his tour of the area and name dropped some of the restaurants he liked. At one place, he even left a $2,000 tip.
He also praised the 'amazing' people of the Bay Area for the hospitality and love that they showed him and his family.

At the end of the TikTok, Lee said that his food tour will be continuing, but didn't share the next location he's visiting.
