There's nothing worse than a morning commute that eats up all your time, is there?
Well, count yourself lucky.
One woman in Scotland is putting the rest of us to shame with the lengths she goes to on her commute to college.

Laurie takes not only a bus, but also a ferry, a train and some additional walking for good measure.
The seventeen-year-old lives in the town of Millport, which is just off the coast of mainland Scotland, but goes to West College Scotland's Paisley campus, which is located near Glasgow.
Laurie's day starts with a 15-minute bus ride at 6:45am, after which she hops on board a ferry to make it to the mainland.

After reaching land, Laurie has to climb a 'unfairly steep hill' before getting on a 45-minute train journey.
Anybody else tired?
As if that wasn't enough, once she gets off the train, she has to walk an additional ten minutes to make it in time for her 8:30 a.m. class.
This being her only class of the day, I might add.

Her journey home means she gets back at approximately 2:50pm.
Laurie shared details of her journey to TikTok, leaving viewers in shock as she revealed she spends £15.52 ($19.25) every time she goes to college.
Heading to campus three times a week, this adds up to over £45 a week and over £180 a month.
The video documenting her lengthy commute has gained more than one million views on TikTok, as users expressed astonishment at her dedication.

"A commute? Girl this is a JOURNEY," one comment read.
Another commenter asked: "10 HOURS AND ONLY 3 OF WHICH ARE CLASSES?!", to which Laurie replied: "And not once has it ever been worth it."
"I will never take my 30 minute commute for granted ever", admitted another viewer, as someone else remarked: "No college is good enough for all this commuting."

A fellow viewer commented: "You’re gonna tell your kids that you had to go on a boat and climb over hills to go to school and it’s actually true."
Laurie, who studies social sciences, lamented in her video caption: "Not once will i ever understand why i chose a college so far away, and why I've chosen it again for next year."
I can't quite say I understand it either, but I salute her for her dedication.
Look on the bright side, at least she doesn't need to fly...yet.
