A series of unreleased video footage shows Alec Baldwin’s behavior on set and him scolding Rust crew members on safety while filming.

Alec Baldwin had all criminal charges dropped against him over the death of crew member Halyna Hutchins on the film set in 2021.

Hutchins, a cinematographer on the picture, was fatally shot when a gun Baldwin had been holding on the set was fired.

The newly released footage, obtained by NBC News, shows Baldwin using the prop guns while filming, days before her death.

In one of the clips, Baldwin is seen leaving a barn door, while in character, firing the prop gun, loaded with blanks, multiple times before finishing the take and demanding they quickly do it again.

In another clip, Baldwin is seen discussing camera angles with the crew as someone off camera can be heard telling other crew members to move out of the pathway of the gun while the film is shot.

Another video shows Baldwin checking on the safety of the crew after one of the camera operators appears to fall over.

Baldwin also expressed concern about the steepness of the path as a camera operator is needed to back away from Baldwin while he is in character and is firing his prop gun.

The videos on set were seen by special prosecutors for the Santa Fe District Attorney’s office last month.

On October 17, prosecutors Jason Lewis and Kari Morrisey announced they intended to recharge Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter after dropping the charges in April.

Baldwin has maintained his innocence throughout the legal proceedings and said there were ‘no words to convey[ his] shock and sadness’ of the incident.

He also said: “I’m fully cooperating with the police investigation to address how this tragedy occurred and I am in touch with her husband, offering my support to him and his family.

"My heart is broken for her husband, their son, and all who knew and loved Halyna.”

Baldwin’s attorneys Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro issued a statement after the October announcement from Lewis and Morrisey.

They said: “It is unfortunate that a terrible tragedy has been turned into this misguided prosecution. We will answer any charges in court.”

Nikas had previously voiced his disagreement over the involuntary manslaughter charges, saying: “This decision distorts Halyna Hutchins’ tragic death and represents a terrible miscarriage of justice. Mr. Baldwin had no reason to believe there was a live bullet in the gun – or anywhere on the movie set.

"He relied on the professionals with whom he worked, who assured him the gun did not have live rounds. We will fight these charges, and we will win.”
