January 6 2021 was a big day for US history for all the wrong reasons, as the infamous attack on the Capitol took place.
Just weeks after Donald Trump lost the 2020 US election to Joe Biden, a mob of his supporters attacked the US Capital Building in Washington DC.
The group essentially charged the governmental building to prevent a joint session of Congress from counting electoral votes to formalise Joe Biden's victory.

Five people even died as a result of the attack, with four police officers passing away by suicide within seven months of the infamous day.
One of those who was involved in the storming of the Capitol that day was Bob Burgers actor, Jay Johnston - known for voicing a pizzeria owner in the Fox show.
Johnston has been charged by the Department of Justice in connection to his presence at the Capitol, as per a copy of a criminal complaint.

A copy of the warrant adds Johnston was arrested on Wednesday (7 June) in Los Angeles.
The actor has been charged with a bunch of offences - with civil disorder, entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly or disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds and impeding passage through the grounds or buildings all sitting on his head.
The FBI also said Johnston flew to Washington on 4 January - seemingly to take part in the attacks - before quickly flying back to Los Angeles on 7 January.
"The FBI has interviewed three current or former associates of Johnston, all of whom identified Johnston as the individual in the above photographs of 247-AFO," the complaint added.

"One of these associates provided the FBI with a text message in which Johnston acknowledged being at the Capitol on January 6, stating, ‘The news has presented it as an attack. It actually wasn’t. Thought it kind of turned into that. It was a mess. Got maced and tear gassed and I found it quite untastic.'"
While Johnston may have only been arrested recently, many have known him to be involved in the attacks for quite a while.
In a tweet from the FBI just weeks after the attack, they wrote: "The #FBI is still seeking information on people who took part in the violence at the U.S. Capitol on January 6. If you know this individual, visit tips.fbi.gov."

Several responses to the post of the man wearing a camouflage jacket identified him as Johnston.
