With roles in the likes of Entourage, We Are Your Friends, Gone Girl, and In Darkness, Ratajkowski has done a fair bit of acting work.
Despite that, Ratajkowski has not acted in a film since 2019's Lying and Stealing, which has left many fans questioning her role in Hollywood.
Well, it appears that she is done with the film industry, at least for now anyway, as she revealed in an explosive interview.
Obviously, Ratajkowski is only 31, so she could definitely still appear in films in the future, but with the industry the way it is now, Ratajkowski does not have much interest in doing so.

In a new interview with the Los Angeles Times, Ratajkowski said that she is quitting acting because in her opinion, Hollywood is so 'f***** up'.
Speaking about cutting short her acting career, Ratajkowski said: "I didn’t feel like, ‘Oh, I’m an artist performing and this is my outlet.'
"I felt like a piece of meat who people were judging, saying, ‘Does she have anything else other than her [breasts]?’”

While the model has appeared in a lot of films, she actually didn't land many main roles, largely being left with supporting roles instead.
Despite the knock-backs, Ratajkwoski continued to audition for lead roles, including for Oscar nominee Triangle of Sadness for the role of Yaya, which instead went to the late Charlbi Dean.
Obviously, navigating Hollywood you need a good team behind you, but Ratajkwoski felt she never had that.

In 2020, tired of of making herself 'digestible to powerful men in Hollywood,' the model ended up firing her manager, commercial rep and acting agent.
"I didn’t trust them," she said. "I was like, ‘I can handle receiving phone calls. I’m gonna make these decisions. None of you have my best interest at heart.’”
However, there was one particular experience at a WME party that made Ratajkwoski's mind up about Hollywood.
She turned up at the event with with her husband Sean Bear-McClard, whose 'clearly drunk' agent allegedly told her she was 'like Pamela Anderson before the hep C'.

"Maybe that’s why right now I’m not really interested in men’s POVs," Ratajkowski told the Los Angeles Times.
