Friends has long been everyone's go-to comfort series since the 90s.
First hitting our screens in 1994, the American sitcom that followed the lives of six dysfunctional 20-somethings was quick to become a smash-hit.
Spanning an entire decade, audiences were able to forge real connections with the characters and watch them all grow up on screen until the series came to a halt in 2004.
However, a few of the actors of the show have since died.

One TikTok user took to the social media platform to share a list of Friends actors who have passed away.
The TikTok was captioned: "Rip" with an accompanying sad face.
Starting off the list was none other than Ron Liebman who played Rachel Green's hilariously confrontational father, Dr Leonard Green, who sadly passed away from 'pneumonia complications' in 2019.

Next was Ron Glass who played Russel, Ross Geller's divorce lawyer, who died in 2016 due to 'undisclosed causes'.
Third on the list was Audra Lindley who made audiences fall in love with her character, Frances, Phoebe Buffet's grandmother who passed in 1997 of "leukemia".
The list continued including Stan Kirsch who played Monica Geller's boyfriend, Young Ethan, alongside Max Wright who played the ex-Central Perk manager, Terry, and Joel Beeson who was cast as Todd the Hombre Man who feuded with Joey Tribbiani in a department store.

Another shock was the passing of Fred Willard, who played the short cameo role Dean Lipson, a zoo manager, who is said to have had a 'sudden heart attack'.
While all of the characters in the list were well-loved by audiences across the world, most of them only appeared in a handful of episodes throughout the show's staggering 10 seasons.
However, the final two actors on the list are definitely faces even the faintest Friends fan would know and recognise.

James Michael Tyler, who played the loveable Gunther who pined over Rachel across the coffee house for ten years, passed away back in 2021 because of 'advanced prostate cancer'.
And, lastly, everyone's favourite building superintendent, Mr Treeger taken on by Mike Hagerty died in just this year due to 'a negative reaction to an antibiotic used to treat a leg infection'.
With over 1.8 million views, 50.5k likes and hundreds of comments, fans of the show were definitely eager to share their reactions to the rundown.
