Jack Black has opened up about which of his many movies was his favourite to work on.
The 53-year-old has been in over 70 movies and played a whole host of iconic characters, from Dewey Finn in School of Rock to Po in Kung Fun Panda.
However, there's one movie in particular he's most proud of, despite it perhaps not necessarily being 'the best' he's ever been in.
When asked what project he is most proud of so far in his own career, Black resolved it would be the 2006 musical comedy he co-wrote and starred in.

He told People: "In a weird way, it might be Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny, because that's the only movie that I wrote.
"So, that one is actually my real baby. Maybe it's not the best, but it is my proudest."
Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny - which has a solid audience score of 67 percent on Rotten Tomatoes - is a musical fantasy comedy about rock duo Kyle Gass and the man himself, Jack Black.

As per IMDB, the movie's summary reads: "To become the greatest band of all time, two slacker, wannabe-rockers set out on a quest to steal a legendary guitar pick that gives its holders incredible guitar skills, from a maximum security Rock and Roll museum."
Black stars as JD, a young man who runs away to Hollywood, away from his religious and oppressive family.
Once there, he meets KG (Gass) and after a tumultuous start, the pair unite both as friends but also as wannabe rock stars in a band called Tenacious D. The duo go on a chaotic adventure which sees them battle not only against other rock artists but also Satan - because why not? - during a rock-off.

Earlier this year, Black teased he and Gass were 'thinking about' making a sequel to the 2006 movie as well as one of his other most recognised films, School of Rock.
He told SiriusXM: "Yup. Both of them. Breaking news. We're thinking about doing both of those.
"It's a hybrid - a school of D."

While it was harder for Black to decide which project in his career he's most proud of, the actor explained how signing on to voice Bowser in The Super Mario Bros. Movie was 'an insta no-brainer'.
"[I've] always been a fan of the original Nintendo Universe," he explained.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie was released yesterday (5 April).
