More than 30 years after Jurassic Park changed cinema forever, the original cast are back, and fans are more than ready to see them reunited on the big screen.
The first trailer for the final instalment of the Jurassic World trilogy, Jurassic World: Dominion, has finally dropped, showing the park's iconic heroes — Laura Dern, Sam Neill and Jeff Goldblum — together with Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard for the first time.
There's no shortage of hype for the upcoming movie, with Pratt having gone as far as to compare the plot to Avengers: Endgame when he confirmed the return of the original cast back in 2020.
Following the release of the trailer, fans have been quick to share their excitement for what's being touted as 'the epic conclusion to the Jurassic era'.

'The queen Laura Dern is back. no one speak to me,' another fan wrote, with a third person tweeting, 'Jurassic World: Dominion had me at Jeff Goldblum.'
Others couldn't help but notice how well the original cast have aged in the 30 years since they first hit our screens, with one person joking, 'Jurassic World Dominion, a movie about the original cast being hotter than ever.'

It's not just the fans who can't wait for June either. Although the press tour for the film isn't set to kick off for several months, the cast have already been gushing about their experience filming Dominion, with Sam Neill telling Variety earlier this week, 'It’s going be a big film. [Director] Colin Trevorrow has that childlike sense of wonder, playfulness and inventiveness that Spielberg has. We really shot a six-hour movie. We were all very gung-ho.'
Laura Dern has also spoken about the 'incredible' opportunity the film provided to reunite with her fellow former cast members, telling PEOPLE, 'It was an amazing thing to join my original cast members and go down memory lane, from that experience in the beginning of a franchise through the whole course of these films... we've had a beautiful time remembering what we loved about the origin story.'
Jurassic World: Dominion is set to hit cinemas on June 10, 2022.
