Viewers are flooding to social media to weigh in on what order they're watching Kaleidoscope and which episode is best to save until last.

The heist drama mini-series has already kicked up quite the storm since its release on Netflix just two days ago on 1 January, 2023. Prepare to add it to your 'To Watch' list:

Channeling the same vibes as Black Mirror's interactive film Bandersnatch, which allowed viewers to choose a character's actions and subsequently lead the plot in different directions, Kaleidoscope sees viewers able to choose which order to watch each episode in.

With a total of eight episodes, Kaleidoscope can be watched in a whopping 5,040 different ways.

However, there's one episode fans of the show are urging other viewers to save until last.

Some people have already binge-watched the entire series.

Taking to TikTok, Josiah Coops explained he's watching the series in a 'complete random order' using a spinning wheel to pick which episode he'll watch next.

However, the content creator noted: "But I'm making sure I'm finishing with 'White' which is the actual heist."

Coops goes on to share other possible orders to watch the episodes in which he's seen posted about online, including one which is in 'chronological order' and says to watch 'White' sixth.

Still, the TikToker notes: "This is a good way to watch it but if you are doing this, I'd still recommend leaving 'White' until the end just because it's the big heist and what it's all leading towards."

You can watch the episodes in any order, however there is one which is recommended you save until last.
Netflix

Controversially, Coops also suggests going 'against Netflix' - the streaming service having advised viewers to end with 'White' - and instead begin the series with the episode.

He continues: "While that would probably ruin the rest of the episodes before, if you're feeling a bit different, go for 'White'".

However, that suggestion has been swiftly shot down by other Kaleidoscope fans, the majority of who are encouraging viewers to always watch 'White' last.

Fans of the show are recommending viewers stick to Netflix's suggestion to leave 'White' until last.
Twitter

Many fans have flooded to Twitter to warn viewers who haven't binged the whole series yet to stick to watching 'White' as the show's finale.

One wrote: "Whatever you do, watch the White episode of Kaleidoscope last."

"For Kaleidoscope Netflix - start with yellow episode, go random for the other episodes and make sure u end with the white episode," another advised.

A third commented: "I’ve just watched #KALEIDOSCOPE on Netflix. It’s cool. Clever writing. I did it in chronological order but left the 'White' episode ‘til last which is the best way to watch it. Nice twist."

A final said: "If you’re gonna watch kaleidoscope. YOU HAVE TO WATCH WHITE LAST!!!!!"
