Kevin Costner's wife has allegedly rejected $52k-a-month in child support as their divorce proceedings continues.
The Yellowstone actor and Christine Baumgartner had been married for 18 years – and have three teenage children together, Cayden, 15, Hayes, 14, and 12-year-old Grace.
The couple filed for divorce in May this year, with Costner's reps telling Fox News: "It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage action."

Despite being entitled to a reported $1.4m settlement in a prenup, however, the handbag designer has reportedly called the $52,000 sum ‘completely inappropriate’.
In new court documents apparently obtained by TMZ, the 49-year-old claimed that the Man of Steel actor spent '$240,000 (£186k) on himself' and their children when they were with him.
She also said that the child support was ‘well below’ what the A-List actor received from renting out their Californian beach house – where Baumgartner currently resides.

She had previously asked for $248k monthly for child support.
It’s also claimed that the designer felt the huge sum was not enough to maintain the lifestyle that she and her children are used to, adding that they were ‘used to living at the beach and in a gated neighbourhood’.
"They are entitled to have a home that is somewhat comparable to one of the three multi-million-dollar residences which make up the Beach Club Compound," Baumgartner said in the new declaration, Insider reports.
"I cannot provide housing and care for the children at anything close to their accustomed lifestyle with the $51,000/mo. Kevin proposes to pay in child support."

According to Insider, she also claimed that the sum was less than what they charged for their guest home at the Californian property - which was reportedly listed for $65k per month.
Costner's attorney also said that the actor would still be providing for the children's expenses as he had been before.
UNILAD have reached out to Costner and Baumgartner's reps for comment.

As the proceeding continues, Baumgartner was asked to vacate their home at the end of July by a judge but has apparently refused to do so.
According to court documents obtained by ET, the prenup, which was signed when they got married in 2004, Baumgartner agreed that in the event of a divorce, Costner would have exclusive possession and use of his separate property residences.
She also agreed to vacate any separate property family residence she was living in within 30 days of filing of a divorce petition.
Her representatives wrote: “Christine understands that at some point in the future, she and the children will have to move out of the family home.

"She cannot do so at this early stage of the case because she does not have sufficient funding to secure housing that will ensure the children can maintain similar standards of living in the parties’ respective homes.”
In response, Conster’s legal team have stated that Baumgartner has almost $1.5 million 'at her disposal' – which should allow her to find new homes.
They wrote in a memorandum: “Multiple four-bedroom, four-bathroom lovely homes are presently available, located in close proximity to Kevin’s separate property residence… Kevin made multiple offers to assist her in relocating.”
