Jamie Lee Curtis has taken to Twitter to clear up her 'comments about Marvel' after her 'mud slinging' answer about what phase the MCU is in.
The Freaky Friday actor threw shade at Marvel during an interview at San Diego's Comic-Con event which took place over the weekend of 25 - 27 July.
MTV asked several stars, including Curtis, to identify what phase the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is currently in - and it's fair to say pretty much all of them struggled with the answer.
For those of you who aren't die-hard fans of Marvel, the MCU is currently still in Phase Five (2023-2024), with Marvel's latest release, Deadpool and Wolverine, marking the midway point of The Multiverse Saga.

Fantastic Four - starring none other than Vanessa Kirby (Pieces of a Woman), Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us), Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things) and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Bear) - will kick of Phase Six in 2026.
While one actor - Ema Horvath (The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power) - dubbed the phase 'transitional,' right off the block of being asked the question, Curtis simply responded - and with little hesitation: "Bad."
The actor then glanced at the camera while those around her dissolved into fits of giggles, adding: "Wow."
Well, it seems the Oscar-winner has had somewhat of a change of heart, as she's since taken to Twitter to apologize for her comments.
Her tweet reads: "My comments about Marvel were stupid and I will do better.

"I've reached out to Kevin Feige and will no longer play in that mud slinging sandbox of competition we call the internet nor will I engage in the toilet paper promotion or game play that is designed for clicks not content or conversation. JLC."
And while only accounts the Freaky Friday has mentioned are allowed to reply, who should re-tweet her post and add their own comment?
Of course, star of the latest Marvel movie to be released, Ryan Reynolds.
Reynolds wrote: "Wait, is everyone expected to apologize for slamming Marvel post-Endgame?"

And it's not taken long for others to weigh in.
One user commented: "No way Ryan just tweeted this."
"In my opinion, she shouldn't have apologized for what she thought about Marvel movie(s)," another added.

A third wrote: "Apparently opinions aren’t allowed anymore? Deadpool would have some words about this!", and a final resolved: "Jamie Lee Curtis in Deadpool 4?"
So, what do you think?
