However, due to GOT's reputation for having a bit of nudity, there were some asking the question whether we could be seeing the same thing in 3 Body Problem.
Well, sorry to disappoint, but so far there has been less exploration of sexual relationships between characters like Game of Thrones and the show is more focused on science and exploring fascinating sci-fi ideas.
With that being said, there was one x-rated scene that did catch people’s attention.

But to explain the scene, we'd have to back up just a little bit.
Spoilers ahead for 3 Body Problem - so proceed at your own risk.
In the show, scientist Jin Cheng (Jess Hong) comes into possession of a mysterious headset that allows her to enter a hyper realistic virtual world.
She then has to solve a life-altering challenge, a shifting extreme climate.

Cheng must also predict when the world will switch from an extreme climate known as a ‘chaotic era’ to a prosperous ‘stable’ one.
When faced with a chaotic era, people within the world chose to dehydrate their bodies in an eerily fascinating display - doing this with the goal of reawakening when its safe.
In this dehydrated state, they can even be packed up and transported like an air mattress easily.
Stay with me now, this is science fiction remember?

People are then rehydrated when they are in a body of water, and one scene shows body after body being tossed into a large body of water. Ultimately resulting in a large lake filled with naked people.
Speaking to Business Insider, director of the first two episodes Derek Tsang briefly spoke about the scene. "We've always joked about this show, even though it's not 'Game of Thrones,' there's not that many sex scenes in it.
"But another thing about this show is that you've never seen so many naked Asians in one show,"
