Movie fans were left so horrified by one film that they had to take a break halfway through to compose themselves.
Films have the power to transport us to another world, but sometimes the tension can become just too much and we need to just take a breather.
It might be because the movie is a horror film and is incredibly scary, or perhaps it contains very upsetting themes.

Alternatively it might be a comedy that's so funny you need to take a break to literally catch your breath.
But in the case of this film, Netflix fans had to pause it for a few minutes due to it triggering one very specific kind of fear.
The survival thriller sees two friends having to find their way out of a difficult situation after becoming trapped in a very unpleasant location.
And if you're one of many people who have a particular fear, then this movie is probably not one for you.

It's called Fall and was released back in 2022, and follows two friends who get stuck at the top of a broadcasting tower.
You may have seen those point of view videos on YouTube of maintenance workers climbing to the top of the enormous towers out in the desert.
These act as enormous broadcasting antennae, containing radio masts and satellite dishes hundreds of meters above the ground.

But these are no skyscrapers, instead being comprised of metal frames and accessed by extremely precarious ladders.
Basically, if you don't like heights then they're not for you.
Fall sees two friends climbing a tower which is due to be decommissioned and demolished.
But since it's in a state of disrepair, before they can get down a part of the ladder collapses, leaving them stranded.

Another posted: "If you're afraid of heights don't watch this movie, it's so intense."
Someone commented: "Yeah - I couldn't watch the whole movie. I still don't know how it ends..."
Meanwhile a fourth wrote "Wasn’t a massive fan of the film but it was certainly a toe tingler with some of the shots from that height. I hate heights, scares the crap out of me now."
For people who can face it, a sequel to Fall directed by Jigsaw's Michael and Peter Spierig is currently in the works, with filming kicking off this summer.
