We all love a classic prank TV show, and Netflix has a new one for you to stream.
From Impractical Jokers and Punk'd, to Balls of Steel and Prank Encounters, there have been dozens of shows like these over the years - and they always prove popular.
With this in mind, it's unlikely prank TV shows are going anywhere anytime soon, and new one landed on Netflix on April 1.

And there's one prank in particular that's really left people floored, and it involves a proposal.
While most people would hope for a romantic proposal in a Tuscan vineyard or on a Maldives beach, this guy thought very much outside the box when it came to popping the question to his partner.
In the clip that's been doing the rounds on social media, the man and his boyfriend are in a restaurant when a fellow diner seems to choke on his food.

A waiter then rushes to the elderly man's aid and starts performing the Heimlich manoeuvre.
As this is happening, the unsuspecting boyfriend stands up from his seat, evidently distressed from the ordeal. But little does he know things are about to get much worse.
Check it out:
Next thing you know, the waiter's hand has torn through the elderly diner's torso. He drops to the floor and the waiter seems to pull something out of his body.

His bloodied hand then passes a ring over to the guy wanting to pop the question to his partner.
Getting down on one knee, he tells his completely flabbergasted boyfriend: "Chris, I don't think I've ever been more proud of myself being a man and being the person that I've been with you.
"I love you. You make me better every single day and I want you to marry me, will you?"
Before giving an answer to his beau, he turns and asks: "Is that man okay?"

People have since responded to the video and they have a lot to say.
"Nothing like starting a marriage with life long trauma," one person quipped.
"The way I would say no to that proposal," insisted a second.
Someone else wrote: "I thought [it was] the old man that was gonna propose."
Writing about the series itself, another X user said: "The Magic Prank Show on Netflix is one of the wildest shows I've seen in a [while].
"Just watch the context of the prank in the beginning and skip to the prank at the end."
The Magic Prank Show with Justin Willman is now streaming on Netflix.
