It's spooky season, so there'll be no shortage of horrors, slashers and thrillers to sink your teeth into.
But firmly at the top of your watchlist this Halloween should be a new 'existential nightmare' from Netflix, according to subscribers.
The psychological thriller, hailed the 'best movie ever' by fans, is currently the fifth most-watched on Netflix globally.

Directed by Greg Jardin, the movie stars Brittany O’Grady, James Morosini, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Devon Terrell, Gavin Leatherwood, Reina Hardesty, Nina Bloomgarden and David Thompson.
Fans took to X, formerly Twitter, to sing It's What's Inside's praises. But there was one major issue some viewers pointed out.
One person wrote: "I just watched ‘It’s What’s Inside’ and my jaw is literally on the floor... might be the best movie i have EVER seen" as a second said: "just finished “it's what's inside” and it was literally the best horror movie i've seen this year. it was a pleasant surprise after a year full of bad movies".
Another agreed: "It's What's Inside may be the best under-the-radar movie of 2024.'

But some reckoned the movie deserved its moment on the silver screen.
One said: "Such a shame IT’S WHAT’S INSIDE went to Netflix. It’s one of the best movies of the year and would’ve been even better seeing it for the first time on the big screen". A second agreed: "The cast is good and I like the cinematography, but this feels like it’d kill with a theater crowd."
Critics also appeared enthusiastic about the movie, which released on October 4. They awarded the psychological thriller a decent 81 percent on review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes.

The critics consensus read: "Cleverly constructed and leaping off the screen with stylistic verve, It's What's Inside centers around a party from hell that audiences can enjoy from a safe remove."
Critics praised the movie's cinematography and genre-defying nature. But some seemed to be in disagreement about its humor.
Natalia Keogan from AV Club reckoned: "There are plenty of laughs to be had here, making it the perfect movie night selection for a large group."
Not everyone agreed though, with New York Times' Alissa Wilkinson weighing in: "The roughest thing about “It’s What’s Inside” is that it simply misses what makes body-swapping movies fun. There’s little humor to be found in juxtaposition here."
