And now, in the week following his death, Angus' mom has taken to social media to commemorate the young star, sharing a video of his 'first tape' for his role in Euphoria.
Angus' family revealed he had passed away in a statement to TMZ, with it reading: "Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend.
"Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence."

Angus' mom, Lisa Cloud, was quick to take to Facebook to clarify the 25-year-old didn't die by suicide, reflecting on his final day as being a 'joyful one'.
The mom has since taken to her page again, to post another tribute to Angus but in the form of a video.
In the post, Lisa explains Jennifer Venditti - the woman who scouted Angus in Brooklyn - 'just sent' her his 'first tape' for the role of Fezco in Euphoria.

The caption continues: "After this was seen by the creators of euphoria, he was asked to read for Fezco.
"It really captures my son's extraordinary spirit."
In the tape, Angus describes himself as 'goofy' and 'engaging in any random spontaneous activity'.
He says he likes 'all good music' but mainly listens to hip-hop and tells the Euphoria casting team his 'favourite artists are [his] friends'.

The soon-to-be-star also tells a story about him and a friend sneaking into the San Francisco zoo and ending up 'in the cage with the kangaroos'.
"We didn't have money for that stuff so we'd sneak into the amusement park and stuff like that.
"[...] And then the security was trying to find us but we kept going in [...] In the Oakland zoo I jumped into the warthog one! That s**t was really sketchy," he says.

In the clip Angus is also asked about the best and worst parts of his life.
He resolves: "S**t, it’s the freedom, and… I don’t know. Just the love that I have to give and to receive, you know what I'm saying? Everywhere, surrounded by it.
"Just blessed to be alive - I don't know if it's the best part of my life, you know. But just being alive."
Friends and fans of the 25-year-old have flooded to Lisa's post in awe of Angus and his talent.
One Facebook user wrote: "What a gift that she shared this with you, and that you shared it with us."
"Yup. He's a natural. Magnetic, charming, caring, and honest. I feel for you, Lisa," another commented.
A third said: "I love Angus’ voice. Ty for sharing your wonderful son with us. I wish I had met him."
And a fourth added: "Thank you for sharing, Lisa. I'm laughing at his sneaking into the zoo stories and appreciating his thoughts on love. He was one-of-a-kind."
