Ariana DeBose has broken her silence after Bella Ramsay included her in joke about 'actors who think they are singers' at the Critics Choice Awards.
Just one week after the Golden Globes, the latest edition of the awards show was held at the Barker Hangar at Santa Monica Airport, and honored some of the biggest film and TV achievements in the past year.
There were many highlight moments from this year's show, including Harrison Ford's emotional acceptance speech and Ryan Gosling's hilarious reaction to his Barbie track 'I'm Just Ken' bagging an award.

DeBose was also a hot topic for conversation surrounding the show after she was lumped into a joke about 'actors who think they are singers':
Bella Ramsey poked fun at the actor as they introduced the nominees for the Best Song category.
The 20-year-old listed off names such as Billie Eilish, Lenny Kravitz and Dua Lipa as 'some of the most famous voices in the music industry'.

But while doing this, The Last of Us actor poked fun at DeBose, joking: "Then there are the actors who think they're singers: Jack Black, Ariana DeBose, and Ken himself, Ryan Gosling."
The camera then cuts to DeBose who appears to not be very impressed by the comment, proceeding to furrow her eyebrows as the camera zoomed in.
And following the show, she took to Instagram Stories to share what she thought.

"No I didn't find it funny. Lol," she wrote.
Many watching from home flocked to X (formerly known as Twitter) to provide their reactions.
"'The writers for @CriticsChoice missed the mark with their comment about 'actors who think they're singers' and including Ariana DeBose as part of that list. The woman starred in Broadway musicals - she's a trained singer," one user said.
"I'm sorry, you said that about someone from the OG cast of Hamilton? Google someone before you approve the joke omg," another wrote.

And someone else thought the joke was a 'fine idea' but that DeBose is 'actually a singer'.
DeBose was nominated for her song, 'This Wish', which appeared in Disney's latest animated movie, Wish.
And the West Side Story actor has been at the tail end of a few jokes before - mostly notably for her rap song at the 76th EE British Academy Film Awards last year.
DeBose later told Time Out that her rap song at the show was 'fun' and that she 'owns every ounce' of her performance.
