The trailer for Jenna Ortega's latest horror-comedy has caused quite a stir, and for all the wrong reasons.
The Wednesday icon is joined by some absolute Hollywood legends in the bizarre new A24 film, titled Death of a Unicorn.
But movie fans have been left unimpressed by its new trailer - which also features Richard E. Grant, Will Poulter, Téa Leoni and Anthony Carrigan.

Paul Rudd and Ortega star as father-daughter duo Elliot and Ridley, who accidentally discover a unicorn with magical healing powers.
On the way to a vacation with Elliot's millionaire boss, Dell Leopold, they crash into the poor, unsuspecting creature.
The Leopolds then capture the unicorn, discovering its flesh, blood and 'girthy' horn contains some unbelievable health-enhancing properties - including the cure to cancer.

But things turn sour when the deadly consequences of the Leopold's actions become apparent.

People were taken aback by Ortega dragging on a vape and sporting a septum piercing in the first-look, while others were quick to express their excitement for the new movie.

Taking to social media, one fan wrote: "Wild premise. Gotta applaud them for new ideas," as a second agreed: "This looks sick, I can't wait".
A third commented: "Real cinema is so back" as a fourth admitted: "In the first half of the trailer, I was like 'This looks fun. I'll watch' and then in the second half I was like 'This looks bonkers and I am absolutely going to watch it!'"
Despite the praise, many fans complained that the trailer gave away too much of the film's plot.
Over on X, one person questioned: "Why'd they show the entire movie," as a second chipped in: "Would've been nice to keep the evil unicorn as a reveal...in the actual movie!"

And a third vented: "Why did they SPOIL the fact that the unicorn isn’t actually dead and now out for vengeance, and the cure for cancer subplot?
"Modern movie trailers reveal WAY too much... If this was a 90s movie the trailer would’ve ended after Jenna Ortega said 'It’s a f**king unicorn'."
Death of a Unicorn marks Alex Scharfman's directorial debut. He also wrote the screenplay and serves as producer, with Hereditary's Ari Aster stepping in as executive producer.
