A star of hit TV comedy Modern Family has teased at a possible reunion on the show, and fans are all saying the same thing.
Jesse Tyler Ferguson surprised fans of the hit TV show when he posted a picture to his social media page.
Fans were left delighted by the picture, believing that it could be a possible allusion that there might be a whole new series of Modern Family returning to screens at some point in the future.

The image was of the iconic house, which any fan of the show would recognise at a glance.
By itself that might seem like a fairly innocuous thing to post, were it not for the fact that the caption attached to the image read: “Haven’t seen this view in a while.”
So that seems like a pretty clear indication that something has been going on on the set, a prospect which left some fans hoping it would be a reboot.
One wrote: "the reboot is coming omg!"

While another said: "we're so back".
But other fans were all left saying the same thing.
While some fans were more optimistic, a lot of them were more on the cynical side when it came to the teaser image.

They pointed out that while the image showed that the celebrity had clearly returned to the set, it didn't tell us much more than that.
Of course, it may well be a reboot of the iconic show, or even a movie, but sets can be used for a lot of different things.
And not to be a stick in the mud, but many of those things would be considerably less exciting than the entertainment offered by a reboot or movie.
For example, a commercial.

Some fans had a sinking feeling that this was what it actually was.
One wrote:"If its just a commercial I'm kind of actually going to delete everything off of my phone, no apps."
A second posted: "It’s either a commercial or entertainment weekly’s annual ‘reunions’ photoshoot."

Meanwhile, someone else commented: "All this and it’s gonna be for a Walmart commercial or something."
Other fans took things in a different direction entirely.
One person remarked that they some things should be allowed to rest, commenting: "LET GOOD THINGS END OH MY GODDDD".
Another had a slightly romantic, or disturbing, take, posting: "I like the implication that after modern family left they all just abandoned the place like Pripyat & it’s been sitting, unclaimed, in some warehouse this whole time.
"'50,000 people used to live here; now it’s a ghost town.'"
