Robert Downey Jr has been accused of ignoring Ke Huy Quan while accepting an Oscar at the 96th Academy Awards.
The actor has a long-running career to date, and is perhaps best known gracing our screens as Iron Man.
But following his departure from the MCU with Endgame, Downey Jr has shown he is still able to produce captivating performances in other genres.

So much so, his role in Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer landed him an Oscar at last night's ceremony (March 11).
Heck, the award for Best Supporting Actor was somehow Downey Jr's first ever Academy Award too.
Playing former Atomic Energy Commission chairman Lewis Strauss, Downey Jr brought an intensity that many believed matched Cillian Murphy’s J Robert Oppenheimer.
In his acceptance speech, the Iron Man actor said: "Here’s my little secret: I needed this job more than it needed me. Chris [Nolan] knew it, [producer Emma Thomas] made sure the she surrounded me with one of the greatest cast and crews of all time."

Paying tribute to his co-stars, Downey Jr. added: "Emily [Blunt], Cillian [Murphy], Matt [Damon]... it was fantastic and I stand here before you a better man because of it. You know, what we do is meaningful, and the stuff that we decide to make is important."
Many fans have felt the Oscar was well deserved but that hasn't stopped some from pointing out a certain interaction - or lack of - between Downey Jr and former Everything Everywhere All at Once star Quan.
Quan, who was last year's winner of the Best Supporting Actor, presented Downey Jr with the award.

However, when the Oppenheimer star arrived onto the stage and collected the statuette from Quan - there was very little interaction.
There was no typical handshake, while many online pointed out that Downey Jr didn't even appear to may eye contact with Quan after accepting the accolade.
Instead, the 58-year-old shook hands with Tim Robbins and fist-bumped Sam Rockwell.

And fans on social media have been left unimpressed by Downey Jr's behavior.
"Robert downey jr. could’ve took one second or even acknowledge Ke Huy Quan while on stage, who was presenting an award to him personally… this s**t was so disrespectful idc," one person penned on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Someone on Reddit added: "I understand it’s probably really chaotic when you’re up there but jeeeez it just looked so bad and it makes me feel upset. Especially given Quan’s history in the business."
While a third remarked: "The least he could've done is at least make eye contact with the person handing him his award."
