Social media users couldn't believe their eyes when seeing Drew Starkey's prosthetic 'insane' penis in a full-frontal nude scene.
Starkey stars along with Skyfall's Daniel Craig in Luca Guadagnino's 2024 drama film, Queer.
The film follows American expatriate, Lee (Craig) who becomes obsessed with a younger man (Starkey), with the two embarking on an intense romantic relationship.
The film has received high praise from critics as it currently boasts 78 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes, although the audience rating was a bit abysmal - standing at 58 per cent.

However, if there's one thing viewers were paying attention to, it was the prosthetic penis worn by Starkey in the film.
In a scene in the movie, Craig knocks on Starkey's character's home and when he opens the door he is completely nude - we're talking birthday suit, b***ock naked.

Many commenters on social media were quick to point that it appeared to have a shine to it, making it seemingly obvious that it wasn't real - or as one commenter aptly put it: "It's giving 'I'm a big bright star'."
Both Starkey and Craig both told TIME Magazine that they chose not to go fully nude for the film, with Hellraiser star confirming to the publication that he did indeed wear a prosthetic.
And fans have since taken to Twitter to share their thoughts about Starkey's fake widgey, with one posting: "That drew starkey prosthetic in queer is f***ing insane looking i’m crying real tears rn."
Another penned: "Drew starkey's prosthetic my f***ing god i'm in tears," while a third wrote: "The way you can tell it’s a prosthetic."

A fourth said: "It looks so fake. It’s not even moving."
Given the film's LGBTQ+ storyline, the fact that Craig, who has become well-known for his stint as James Bond, portrays a gay character isn't lost on the cast of Queer - in fact, it's 'so important', according to his co-star, Omar Apollo.
He told TIME: "For a movie like this to come out right now with Daniel Craig, who’s James Bond, and this masculine symbol—I think is so important."

Meanwhile, for Craig, what drew him in was the 'artifice of masculinity', adding: "The way in is to think about the way men are perceived and how they can present themselves.”
The Knives Out star went on to say that his goal was to 'get it right'.
"The complexity of sexuality is way beyond my understanding—it’s more individual than a thumbprint." he said.
