The Tuohy family claim they have 'proof' that Michael Oher tried to get millions of dollars from them.
NFL star Oher and his adopted family shot to fame following the release of 2009 movie, The Blind Side.
The film starred Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw and went on to rake in millions at the global box office.
The movie was based on Oher's life and how he shot to fame as a football star with the help of the Tuohy family who took him in while he was homeless.

According to Oher, he was under the impression that he had been adopted by the family but it's since come to light that he had a conservator agreement with Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy.
The agreement, which was signed by Oher when he was 18, allowed the Tuohy's to control his finances.
In a lawsuit that was filed earlier this year, the retired NFL star accused the Tuohys of 'tricking him' into signing the documentation in 2004 - five years before the release of The Blind Side - and that they used the movie as a way off making millions of dollars off him.
Attorneys for the family have said the claims were 'hurtful and absurd', claiming that it was 'transparently ridiculous' that they had tried to profit off him.

A judge has since ruled to end the conservatorship.
Oher also alleges that the Tuohys were paid $225,000 and 2.5 percent of the proceeds from the movie but their lawyer argues each member of the family (Oher included) received $100,000 from the film.
Prior to the lawsuit, Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy claimed that Oher had tried to 'shake them down' for $15 million, and they've now provided texts to allegedly prove it.

"If something isn't resolved this Friday, I'm going to go ahead and tell the world, how I was robbed by my suppose to be [sic] parents," one message allegedly read.
"That's the deadline. Think how it will look when it comes out."
But the Tuohys reportedly rejected his claims before the footballer went on to up his price to $15 million 'after taxes'.

According to People, the Tuohy family didn't include their responses in the filings submitted on Monday (December 4).
UNILAD has contacted Oher and the Tuohy's attorneys for comment.
Following the lawsuit filed against the Tuohys, the family claimed in a court filing to have provided evidence that Oher had received 10 individual payments from them elated to royalties from the film totalling $138,311.
There are conflicting reports about how much the family received from the movie as, according to TMZ, the four Tuohys and Oher reportedly received around $138,000 each.
Elsewhere, the Tuhoy's youngest child, Sean Jr, said that they only made around $14,000 each.
