With everyone still trying to recover after watching the hit horror film Smile, the film's star, Sosie Bacon, has shared how she recovered after filming the terrifying tale.
Bacon plays Dr. Rose Cotter, the film's main character whose life takes an unexpected turn when she's haunted by someone - or something - that constantly smiles at her.
In an interview with Collider, the 30-year-old horror film star discussed her experience filming the viral flick and how she took the first flight home once filming wrapped.
When asked how she took care of herself during her 'incredibly challenging' role, Bacon revealed that self care had been 'a bit forgotten'.

“I also do think sometimes do think in times of like great stress we also need to just kind of survive," she continued.
“I feel like there’s a lot of societal pressure put on like self care and we have to also to make sure we’re getting a massage and a facial and it’s not realistic.
"Nobody is able to do that in the real world so like I don't really know why like it would be you, know what I'm saying like I think like, reality TV if I had to watch it all night and like not sleep because I needed to distract myself… it's just kind of like radically accepting that you're trying to survive you know what I mean I think everyone could use a dose of that.”
She was then asked if she had 'anything to detox' to 'treat herself' when the shoot was over, to which the actor said: "I went back to LA like literally immediately I was like 'Get me on the next flight I need to get out of New York'.

"It was just nice to like be just I, like, I feel like better here I don't remember.
“Probably like a lot of things.”
Smile was directed by Parker Finn and is based on his earlier short film, Laura Hasn't Slept.

Released in time for spooky season, the film has grossed $24.8 million (£21,916,628.) in the United States and Canada and a worldwide total of $39.3 (£34,730,785.50) million so far.
Smile has also garnered positive reviews from critics, with an impressive 77 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The site’s consensus states: “Deeply creepy visuals and a standout Sosie Bacon further elevate Smile's unsettling exploration of trauma, adding up to the rare feature that satisfyingly expands on a short.”
