Tyler Perry's movie studio in Atlanta, Georgia is larger than the studios used by Disney, Warner Bros and Paramount over in Burbank California, and it's not even close.
Seriously, even if you stacked all three of those major movie studios together you still wouldn't come that close to the side of the studios Perry has managed to set up.
To lay down some simple numbers, Perry's studios are 330 acres large with a dozen sound stages to film things on.

The closest to that is Warner Bros with 10 backlots and plenty of space to film, but at 110 acres their site in California is only a third the size of Perry's Georgia-based studio.
Paramount can boast a 65 acre site with 30 stages and all sorts of backdrops to film against, while entertainment juggernaut Disney has a 51 acre movie studio.
With a combined size of 226 acres the trio of movie studios owned by the entertainment giants only just makes it over two thirds the size of Perry's, and Warner Bros are really carrying the team.

The Tyler Perry Studios are, simply, huge. At 330 acres with 12 sound stages, Perry’s lot is bigger than Disney, Warner Bros. and Paramount’s studios in Burbank, California, combined.
The site used to be the Fort McPherson Confederate army base, with Perry reckoning there's some 'poetic justice' in the fact that a black man owns the ground which used to house troops who fought to continue slavery.
It contains an airport terminal, strip mall, two whole baseball fields, a golf course, a residential neighbourhood and a scale replica of the White House.
It has plenty of permanent sets, 12 sound stages, several acres dedicated to woods and a quarter of a million square feet of office space.

If you want to film something, and thanks to some very generous Georgia laws the state is a popular location to shoot things, then Perry's studios have probably got everything you'd ever need.
The actor, writer, comedian and filmmaker made history when he opened his studios as he became the first black American to own a major film studio outright.
Guests at the grand opening of the studios included such celebrity superstars as Spike Lee, Oprah Winfrey, Samuel L. Jackson and Beyoncé.

Since opening the place Perry has also used his studio as a place which can offer safe housing to battered women and victims of sex trafficking.
Two years ago, Perry received an honorary Oscar for his humanitarian work.
