Zoë Kravitz has slammed the Oscars after Will Smith slapped Chris Rock before winning an Academy Award.
The historic moments at this year's Oscars - CODA winning Best Picture, Jane Campion becoming the third woman to win Best Director - have been completely overshadowed by Smith's altercation with the comedian.
Rock made a G.I. Jane 2 joke about Jada Pinkett Smith's hair. The King Richard star laughed at first, before taking to the stage, smacking him in the face, and warning him to 'keep [his] wife's name out of [his] f**king mouth'.
Smith initially apologised to the Academy and his 'fellow nominees', but has since issued a public apology to Rock.

The incident has sparked a storm of discourse online, inviting opinions from comedians, actors and other celebrities across the world, as well as being the source of hundreds of memes already.
Kravitz shared two images to Instagram: one of her at the ceremony and another at the Vanity Fair after-party.
The first caption reads: "Here's a picture of my dress at the award show where we are apparently assaulting people on stage now."
The second caption adds: "And here is a picture of my dress at the party after the award show - where we are apparently screaming profanities and assaulting people on stage now."

It echoes Jim Carrey's criticism in an interview with CBS's Gayle King, in which he called out Hollywood for being 'spineless en masse' and said he was 'sickened' by the standing ovation for Smith later in the night.
King said: "If anyone else had walked from the audience and done that, they would’ve been escorted out by security or maybe even arrested," to which Carrey replied: "He should have been."
He continued: "I’d have announced this morning that I was suing Will for $200 million because that video is going to be there forever, it’s going to be ubiquitous. That insult is gonna last a very long time.

"If you want to yell from the audience and show disapproval or say something on Twitter [that’s fine]. But you do not have the right to walk up on stage and smack somebody in the face because they said words."
The Academy has formally condemned Smith, and an official inquiry is underway.
In a recent statement, it said: "As outlined in our bylaws, the Academy's Board of Governors will now make a determination on appropriate action for Mr. Smith," adding that it'll take a few weeks before any decision is made.
