Billie Eilish has been praised for her reaction after a concertgoer threw something at her during a show.
The US pop singer was left in complete shock when a member of the audience threw something onto the stage at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona on Friday (December 13).
Billie had taken a seat on the floor for her breathtaking ballad 'What Was I Made For?' - created for the Barbie movie.

But midway through the song she was disturbed by an object flying through the air towards her.
The 22-year-old is currently playing huge arenas on her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour, but she didn't expect fans to take the name of the show quite as literally.
Footage was captured of what appeared to be a bracelet being thrown at her head, but Billie's cool, calm and collected approach has been praised by fans.

The star managed to turn her head away at the last second, which protected her face from any potential injury.
She brushed off the moment and carried on singing the track.
One fan on X wrote: "This style of intimate performances will be going away soon.

"Artists will be performing behind mesh screens like we’re watching them through a microwave door."
Another said: "She handled it well I would’ve called time out."
A third added: "Common decency and courtesy is thrown out the window when we forget that celebrities and artists are human too."
"Throwing stuff at artists on stage needs to stop before someone gets seriously hurt," another stated.

But this behaviour is not a new thing.
Last year, it became a trend for concertgoers to throw things at the artist on stage, mid performance.
Bebe Rexha was left needing stitches after a gig where a fan threw their mobile phone at her.

And sometimes the performers hit back.
Rapper 50 Cent unintentionally threw a microphone at a woman, who ended up in hospital.
He allegedly became upset when his mic wasn't working, and threw it into an area where the sound engineers were sitting.
Rapper Cardi B also threw her mic at a fan, who had thrown a drink at her just moments previously.
The video has been viewed nearly 70 million times.
Potentially the most bizarre fan encounter was one that P!nk experienced, when someone from the crowd handed her their mother's ashes.
"I don’t know how to feel about that," she responded.
