Eminem drops new explosive diss track against one of his oldest rivals

The rapper slammed a fellow artist and their daughter in his new song

Rap god Eminem has set tongues wagging amongst the music industry by doing exactly what he does best: releasing a jaw-dropping diss track.

The 51-year-old 'Slim Shady' hitmaker has featured in and partially produced a brand new track for musician pal Lyrical Lemonade's latest album All Is Yellow.

And having not contributed fresh beats to the rap roster for several years now, it's no surprise that fans of the 8 Mile frontman rushed to hear his latest release.

The track was released earlier today (January 26) after what has felt like months of anticipation.

But it wasn't just his globally-renowned slick bars and poetic lyrics that left listeners in a state of shock.

That's because, once again, Eminem - real name Marshall Mathers - has used the song to fire shots at an old rival.

Throughout his long-standing, critically-acclaimed career, the musician has instigated feuds and slammed his fellow stars in many of his best-selling hits.

Dissed celebs include the likes of Machine Gun Kelly, Nick Cannon, Pamela Anderson and Mariah Carey.

In his latest hit, however, titled Doomsday Pt. 2, the Detroit-born star fired shots at one of his longest-standing nemeses, urban media proprietor and fellow rapper Benzino.

The battle between the two stars first kicked off in the early noughties, after Source Magazine co-owner Benzino, now 58, leaked an audio recording of Eminem using the N-word numerous times following a split from a Black woman.

The rapper later issued an apology for his use of the racist slur, the controversial leak in turn resulted in bad coverage of Benzino's publication itself, and the record producer was subsequently terminated from his role.

Ever since then, the duo have taken every opportunity they can to publicly take fire at one another.

Just last year, TV personality Benzino criticized the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame for inducting Eminem ahead of Black artists.

He tweeted at the time: "To all you p***y a*s Stans, we all know y’all are the most corniest non violent coward fan base hip hop has ever seen I have a restaurant in Atlanta 5071 Peachtree industrial boulevard Chamblee GA. stop tweeting and pull up on me you p*****s.

"I been left this shit alone but since the COWARD A*S STANS still wanna talk shit and hide then it’s still f**k Eminem and if you got a problem with me, do something about it nothing you ever said has effected me in anyway.

"I know how to fight and I got big sticks. So pull up.”

And amongst the most recent of the pair's insult comes Eminem's brand new single, branding Benzino several different names and going on to accuse him of being broke and living in and out of motels.

The rapper even took aim at Benzino's daughter Coi Leray.

"Now I got a riddle (What?), one condition, you mustn't laugh (Okay) / What is the opposite of Benzino? (Uh, what?) A giraffe (Haha)," he spits. "Go at his neck, how the f**k is that? (Yeah) / How can I go at somethin' he doesn't have? (Haha) / Arm so short he can't even touch his hands".

The rapper continues: "When they're above his head doin' jumpin' jacks (Wow) / Sorry, I don't mean (What?) to upset you, Ben' (Yeah) / When I talk about (What?) all the debt you in (Uh).

"I hear that you been (What?) creepin' on the low / In them cheap hotels (Yeah), that they catch you in (What?)".

Eminem even goes one step further in the song, taking shots at Benzino's own daughter, Coi Leray, 26, who also happens to be a rap star.

"Well, I guess then I regret to inform you, hate to spoil the day / But this doesn’t bring me no joy to say / Guess that Coi Leray feat is in the toilet, ay?" he says.

Benzino is yet to reply to the diss.
