Amber Heard has reportedly dropped her PR team, Precision Strategies, as a spate of negative headlines emerge during her trial.
Heard's ongoing legal battle with Johnny Depp has given rise to several unflattering headlines about her, as favour for Depp emerges on social media with the trending #justiceforjohnny.
Depp filed a $50 million lawsuit against Heard after an op-ed piece she wrote for The Washington Post in 2018 insinuated she was a victim of domestic abuse during their marriage.

While both Depp and Heard have faced scrutiny from marriage counsellors, friends, and psychologists throughout the trial, in the court of public opinion people seem to be favouring Depp.
Not only are people ridiculing Heard on Twitter, but recently released footage shows people booing the actor as she left court.
In the video, posted to YouTube, people can be heard booing, blowing whistles, and insulting Heard.

One person even asks: "Where's the money for the charity?" The comment was a reference to Heard's earlier pledge to donate the money from her divorce settlement with Depp to charity.
Recently, it was revealed that Heard only donated half of the $7 million she had pledged, Vanity Fair reports.
One of her nominated charities (ACLU) said they learned that the star was 'having financial difficulties' and is yet to pay the rest of the money.
Now, it seems, that the actor has decided to drop her PR team Precision Strategies, according to the New York Post. "She doesn’t like bad headlines," one source told the outlet, while another said the Heard is 'frustrated with her story not being told effectively'.

Lis Smith, who was the senior communications director for Pete Buttigieg's 2020 presidential campaign, said: "It’s crazy to change teams in the middle of a trial like this because you don’t like the headlines."
Heard's now ex-firm was co-founded by Stephanie Cutter, who acted as deputy campaign manager for Barack Obama's re-election campaign. Heard has instead retained The Management Group for her PR moving forward.
The new group has experience working against Depp, representing the actor's former business managers and alleging that the Edward Scissorhands star had compulsive spending habits.
The lawsuit between Depp and Heard continues this week, with Heard's team expected to take to the stand tomorrow, 3 May, as Depp's team wraps up.
