Medical notes made by Amber Heard's former nurse have been read out in court in Fairfax, Virginia.
Johnny Depp is suing ex-wife Heard for $50 million (£38.2 million) in a defamation lawsuit over domestic abuse claims she made in a 2018 article in The Washington Post, despite the article not naming Depp. Heard has filed a $100 million countersuit.
Today, 3 May, is day 13 of the high profile trial, and Heard's former nurse, Erin Falati, has been giving testimony.

Falati said she first met the Aquaman star in 2014, and the notes she made during her work with her were shared with the court.
In the notes, the nurse stated Heard had reported a prior history of 'substance abuse including an addiction to cocaine and liquor', but that she had abstained from cocaine for a 'couple of years' since.
Heard said she was drinking between one and three glasses of red wine a day at the time of their meeting, the notes state.

Another passage reads: "Client admits to history of anxiety, eating disorder, attention deficit disorder, bipolar disorder, co-dependence issues and occasional insomnia."
Feelings of 'insecurity and jealousy' when apart from Depp are also referenced in the notes, and Falati added that this wasn't a recurring issue, but it did come up a few times.
"I have a vague sense of those issues popping up throughout the years, but I wouldn't say that was a constant theme," she said.
In another note, Falati said Heard was 'irritable, loud and angry' and was 'screaming at times and appears agitated', following an argument with Depp.
Heard's lawyer Ben Rottenborn has since made a motion to dismiss the case, arguing there is 'ample evidence' Depp physically abused his client.

Opposing the motion, Depp's lawyer Ben Chew said: "She's the abuser in this courtroom."
Judge Penney Azcarate denied the motion to dismiss the case on two parts and is taking advice on a third.
Depp, 58, is suing Heard, 36, for $50 million (£38.2 million), and she has issued a counterclaim for $100 million (£76.4 million).
The pair began dating after meeting on the set of 2011 film The Rum Diary and got married in 2015. Heard obtained a restraining order against Depp the following year and they finalised their divorce in 2017.

In 2020, Depp lost a libel case brought against The Sun over an article in which he was labelled a 'wife beater'.
Now, the pair have been united again in court, where Depp has said he is a victim of domestic violence.
