Newly released photos from Diddy's hotel room on night of arrest reveal disturbing insight into 'freak offs'

Newly released photos from Diddy's hotel room on the night of his arrest reveal disturbing insight to 'freak offs'.

The high-profile trial of Sean 'Diddy' Combs officially kicked off on Monday (May 12) after the rapper was arrested from a hotel in New York last September.

The 55-year-old stands accused of racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, amongst other charges, all of which he denies.

Last week, we heard the heartbreaking testimony of his former girlfriend, Cassandra 'Cassie' Ventura, who made a slew of allegations against Combs whom she dated for more than a decade.

Cassie alleged Combs forced her to participate in so-called 'freak-off' sex parties, which involved her having sex with a male escort while he watched on, as well as several instances of physical violence.

She also spoke about Combs' alleged drug use, including a supposed overdose at the Playboy Mansion in 2012, and stated his 'drug of choice' were ecstasy or MDMA and that she witnessed him consume opiates daily.

Now, photographs of Combs' hotel room on the night of his arrest have been released to the public which suggest he had been preparing for a drug-fueled 'freak off,' prosecutors claim.

The images taken by law enforcement from his room in the Park Hyatt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan were also shown to jurors.

Among the items photographed include bottles of baby oil, suspected drugs and mood lighting, reports Daily Mail.

There were also pill bottles containing clonazepam, which is used for anxiety and seizures, two small bags of pink powder, one of which tested positive for ketamine and the other a mixture of MDMA and ketamine, and wads of around $9,000 in cash.

The shocking images come as Cassie testified Combs had a particular way he would set up a 'freak off' room, which reportedly included scented candles mixed with 'oil and all of the other scents'.

She further claimed Combs would ask her to heat up the baby oil.

Attorneys for the father-of-seven said the 'freak offs' were consensual and denied any wrongdoing.

A special agent who raided Combs' hotel room, Yasmin Binda, who works for Homeland Security Investigations' human trafficking division, testified that the cops unearthed damning evidence from the room, from the baby oil to bags of Astroglide lubricant in a closet.

Binda said: "This is one zip lock bag filled with Johnson's baby oil and you see another zip lock bag filled with Astroglide that was in the hallway closet."

Combs had been in the state for 11 days before his arrest which prosecutors say he was 'potentially' waiting for, and preparing for a final 'freak off' beforehand.

Jurors also saw CCTV footage of Combs attacking Cassie inside a Los Angeles hotel back in 2016, which the 38-year-old claimed came after she had attempted to 'flee' a freak-off.

Photographs of Cassie's alleged injuries which include bruises to her face and lip were also shown to the jury.

The trial continues.
