A cop has been fired after being accused of filming a sexual encounter with another woman, and sending it to several senior officers.
Mississippi state trooper, Ivana Williams, was fired from the force in February.
This was following allegations that she had sent a sexually explicit video of herself and another woman to other members of highway patrol.

Alongside this, she was accused of sending racy pictures of herself to senior officers, as well as viewing porn sites on her state-issued phone.
The woman in the sex video has since filed a civil lawsuit against Ivana.
In the complaint, the anonymous victim who claims she wasn’t aware the sex was being filmed, wrote: “I became unusually and extremely intoxicated.
“The next morning I woke up in bed without my clothes on...I was aware a sexual encounter had taken place but had difficulty remembering any of what happened.”

“At this point, I have no idea the exact number of people who have this video.
“Based on what I’ve been told, a lot of our law enforcement community have it.
“MHP heads and officers are sharing it.”

The woman in the tape sued Williams for $11 million, and now the former trooper has filed her own suit against the woman for $20 million.
Williams said the woman’s lawsuit has damaged her reputation and business relationship.
She claims the sexual encounter with the unnamed woman was consensual, and she only shared the video with one other person.
She also claimed her firing was discriminatory, alleging she is aware of situations where men have not been held accountable for similar allegations.

In addition to Ivana being fired, Master Sergeant Julius Hutson, and Master Sergeant Jeremy Lott were also axed.
This was due to their alleged involvement in receiving nude pictures from Williams, which is a violation of the code of conduct.
The story has been circulating again months after the accusations, as it has been reported that Sergeant Hutson has got a new job as a sheriff deputy in Rankin County.

Rankin County Sheriff Bryan Bailey told WLBT: “From my understanding and our background investigation, it was a policy violation from [the Mississippi Highway Patrol] and there were no accusations of criminal activity of any kind.”
Hutson has since admitted to investigators with the state that he was ‘90%’ sure he was the supervisor of Williams while she was in the force, but asked for the explicit pictures anyway.
Both of the men have claimed in appeals to the state that they received photos from Williams while they were off duty, and have requested the state consider reversing their terminations.
