Elon Musk has rubbished the idea of there being alien life out there... well because he hasn't seen any evidence for them.
The eccentric billionaire and tech mogul Elon Musk is always quick to jump on X and express his sense of humor, where he takes on everything from the complex to mundane. Certainly, one of the most vocal billionaires.
So, due to his unconventional nature you might think he would have an open mind when it comes to aliens existing.

I mean, space is very vast and there is always multiple debates within the scientific community about how aliens could exist, where could they be found, why haven’t we been contacted by them already, you get the idea.
Well, addressing a rather out there take from former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Musk dismissed the idea that we have evidence of aliens.
Carlson, who recently went on the Joe Rogan Experience, began expressing his views on aliens and suggested there are supernatural beings that exist and they live under the ocean and ground.

Responding to a video of Carlson circulating on social media, Musk said: “I have seen no evidence for aliens and, with 6000 satellites orbiting Earth, I think I would know.
Though to be fair, Carlson did say these ‘spiritual beings’ are under oceans and the ground, not bopping around space.
Musk has pretty much given that same answer to Carlson in person.
Speaking to Carlson in 2023, while he was still with Fox News, the Tesla CEO said he is often asked about aliens.

“A lot of people ask me, you know, where are the aliens? And I think if anyone would know about aliens on Earth, it would probably be me.
“I’m, you know, very familiar with space stuff. And I’ve seen no evidence of aliens."
Musk went on to joke that showing the world that there were aliens was an easy way to get the defense budget up. So, it seems if you want to keep taxes low, it's best to keep your ET discoveries under wraps.

“So the fastest way to get a defense budget increase would be to pull out an alien, you know,” he told Carlson.
“We’re like, I mean, it could be the invasion. It could be arriving any minute,” he said.
He said that while he hasn’t seen any signs pointing to aliens, he hopes there’s life beyond earth and hopes that they are peaceful. Not me though, I've seen Independence Day, we can take them.
