Eric Trump wants to have dinner with Jesus Christ, and we're all laughing at the reason why.
While Donald Trump's MAGA ramblings were neutered in the wake of the Capitol riots, with the former US president removed from Twitter and banned indefinitely, social media users still occasionally need to contend with his outspoken offspring.
It's all about to ramp up again with the launch of TRUTH Social, Trump's long-awaited/dreaded social media platform boasting a 'big tent' philosophy and standing up to the 'tyranny of Big Tech', aka those who ejected his rhetoric.
In a new interview with Candace Owens for right-wing outlet The Daily Wire, Eric was asked who he'd ideally sit and have dinner with - with the condition that he couldn't just pick his dad.

Who would you pick? For me, it would be Arnold Schwarzenegger (I'm a really big fan), or Louis Theroux (who wouldn't want to pick the brains of Louis Theroux?), but Eric's answer came as a bit of a surprise: 'How about Jesus?'
Now, picture the scene: you've been blessed with the opportunity to talk to one of the most famous, mysterious, controversial - hell, chuck in any adjective, and somebody has probably used it to describe Jesus somewhere in the world - people to have ever existed, so what would you ask?
You could talk about what it was like to be crucified, or whether he actually performed the famous miracles - I mean, you could spend countless hours dissecting the Bible with Jesus by your side.

Alas, Eric has his ice-breaker nailed down. 'Did you envision this happening to the United States of America?' he said, without the slightest hint of irony.
'Did you ever envision a person as incompetent as Joe Biden running the United States of America? How in the world did this happen?' he continued, eventually prompting a laugh from Owens.
Instead of coming up with an alternate answer or some actual conversation topics for his sit-down with the son of God, Eric doubled down. 'Honestly, I might ask him if this is actually a ploy to show people the difference between Republican leadership and Democratic leadership. Sometimes I think about that,' he said.

Eric went onto discuss the merits and accomplishments of the Trump organisation versus the failings of 'this guy', aka Biden. Oh, and for the final box on your bingo card, he also reiterate baseless claims of the election being 'stolen'.
