A pizza chef was determined to have the last laugh as she was recorded doing one last petty gesture for her ex.
In a clip that has begun to circulate social media, a pizza chef has shown that she and her ex might not be on the best of terms.
Well, to the point where she would actively ruin their meal in the smallest way possible.

One pizza chef shared a hilarious bit of pettiness on their TikTok page.
The chef is seen pausing, before completely slicing up a heart-shaped pizza. Pretty obvious metaphor, that.
The video caption read: “The moment I found out the person who ordered a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's Day was my ex."

They also asked their followers whether they too would like some heartbreak pizza.
Social media users seemed to love the idea and took to the comments section to express how they would take their own revenge.
“You’re better than me I would’ve 'dropped' tons red pepper flakes all over it,” one user joked.
“Me personally I’m dragging a jagged line of hot sauce down the middle too just to make sure the message lands,” another added.

“Should write made with love then your name in the inside of the box, they’d be scared to eat it,” a third added.
Now, as you may have guessed, the video is a skit. It's promoting LA restaurant Pizanna's Valentine's Day heart-shaped pizzas - but not everyone was in on the joke.
Executive chef of the West Hollywood California restaurant, Daniele Uditi appears to take pizza making very seriously.

The restaurant's website has the chef explaining the finer points of their margherita pizza.
The pizzeria also highlights the heart-shaped pizza deal they have on offer ahead of Valentine's Day.
“Celebrate Valentine’s Day with this heart-shaped take on the classic Margherita, topped with real Neapolitan San Marzano tomato sauce, imported fior di latte mozzarella, Parmigiano, and a little extra love,” the restaurant stated on its website.

“Pizzana is a critically acclaimed Los Angeles restaurant featuring master pizzaiolo Daniele Uditi’s Neo-Neapolitan pizza.
"An artisan who learned his craft growing up in Naples, Italy, Daniele came to America with $300 in his pocket and his family’s sixty year old sourdough starter.
“Blending Southern Italian tradition with Southern California flavors, Daniele redefines classic Neapolitan pizza with radical flavor reinterpretations, such as his Neo Margherita and Cacio e Pepe pizzas.”
