A huge sandwich that's absolutely packed full of seafood has caused a stir online with its hefty $80 price tag.
When you think about how you could create a good old PB&J for a couple of dollars without even having to leave your house, $80 seems pretty steep.
Hell, you could even enjoy a steak dinner for much less than that - so what is it about this particular sandwich that makes the price tag seem acceptable to some?
Created by Joe Fish Seafood Restaurant in North Andover, Massachusetts, the sandwich is actually the 'Big Kahuna Lobster Roll', and it consists of 16oz of fresh lobster claw and knuckle meat stuffed into a toasted brioche bun.

The sandwich is paired with lettuce, mayo, fries and coleslaw - and I have to admit, it looks pretty damned good.
But is it $80 worth of good?
I'd have to try it for myself to make sure, but the sandwich is certainly receiving some rave reviews online, proving there are some people who believe it's worth paying for.
TikToker LasVegasFill, who usually posts about 'all about the food in Las Vegas', ventured out of state to review the sandwich and described it as 'crazy good'.

One commenter responded to assure the sandwich was 'worth every penny', while another foodie, Call Me Hangry Boston, described the sandwich as 'the lobster experience dreams are made of' in a video shared to Joe Fish's Instagram page.
On TripAdvisor, one customer described the Big Kahuna roll as 'very good', while another rave review reads: "Lobster roll - also Big Kahuna...the lobster meat was towering, almost as tall as the martini glass next to it!! Outstanding and one of the best ever."
But in spite of the positive feedback about the sandwich, some internet users just can't wrap their heads around paying $80.

"$80 sandwich, never," one viewer responded, while another wrote: "Smiling while paying $80 for a sandwich is wild to me."
"People really be spending $80 for lunch? must be nice being rich," added a third.
The good news is that Joe Fish do have a deal on throughout the summer to get its lobster rolls at 50 percent off, meaning the Big Kahuna would come in at $40. It's a huge saving - but still too much money for some people, who have suggested they'd rather 'make their own' sandwiches.

Whether surprisingly or not, however, people are largely accepting of the price of the Big Kahuna, with one person even admitting they 'expected it to be more'.
