On Friday (24 March), Gwyneth Paltrow finally took the stand in court amid her ongoing ski crash trial.
Back in 2016, Paltrow was involved in a incident on the Utah ski resort with Terry Sanderson, who is alleging the US actor crashed into him and caused him significant injuries.
As a result, he is seeking a massive $300,000 in legal damages, with Paltrow seeking a measly $1 and compensation for her legal fees.

The pair are certainly on very different pages, as Paltrow disputes Sanderson's versions of events in its entirety.
When asked by an attorney working for Sanderson, Paltrow answered politely but firmly that she was not in the wrong for the incident on the slopes.
Paltrow said that she was skiing at a moderate pace when she heard some rustling coming from behind her.
She then claims two skis that were not her own appeared next to her and a body which she described as 'large' pressing into her back.

"I was confused at first, and I didn’t know exactly what was happening," she said.
"It’s a very strange thing to happen on a ski slope, and I froze, and I would say I got very upset a couple seconds later."
She added that while the incident was taking place, she wasn't sure if the 'assault' was of a 'sexual nature'.

Paltrow added: "That was a quick thought that went through my head when I was trying to reconcile what was happening.
"I was skiing, and two skis came between my skis, forcing my legs apart, and then there was a body pressing against me, and there was a very strange grunting noise.
"So my brain was trying to make sense of what was happening. I thought, ‘Is this a practical joke? Is someone doing something perverted? This is really, really strange.’"

However, Paltrow later clarified her remarks, saying she is not accusing Sanderson of sexual assault.
Sanderson's attorney asked Paltrow if she would engaged in so-called risky behaviour when her children are present, with the attorney then making a big claim.
After a short break, the attorney said: "She’s lied under oath a number of times."
Paltrow's attorney immediately hit back, saying: "Your Honor, that is slanderous and I want it withdrawn this moment."

After the judge asked her if she wanted to rephrase her statement, Sanderson's attorney responded: "Yes, absolutely. She has made prior inconsistent statements."
