Virginia Giuffre, the woman who accused Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, has said she has just days left to live after being involved in a car crash.
Giuffre took to Instagram to share the news of her poor health on Sunday (March 30), four years after she sued the Duke of York for sexual abuse in August 2021. Giuffre has also previously accused both Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell of grooming her.

Alongside the image, she said she had been in a car accident with a school bus.
She wrote: "This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can."
The post continued: "I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes. S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day.
"Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all xx Virginia."
Giuffre's post has received an influx of well-wishes, with one writing: "God bless you for the courage for all you have done! Thank you."

If there is anything in this world I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit with you now and holding your hand."
In her civil suit filed in 2021, Giuffre alleged that Epstein had forced her to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was 17 years old - a claim the prince has repeatedly denied.
Prince Andrew has not been charged with any criminal offences.
When it came to her accusations against Epstein, Giuffre reached a settlement with the disgraced financier for $500,000 in 2009.
