A group of housemates have made a spooky discovery in the attic of their rented townhouse which has left them petrified.
After a previous tenant told a group of Melbourne renters that there was 'something up in the roof' of their dated Fitzroy townhouse, the friends were in for a truly nasty surprise.
If like me, you have to watch horror films with no volume and while peeking through your fingers, then turn away now.

Check out part one below:
Upon going upstairs to investigate, the group of friends were faced with a mystery a lot scarier than any Scooby-Doo and the gang ever faced.
A boyfriend of one of the tenant's called Matt Martin took to TikTok to share the creepy discovery with his followers, joking, 'Things in my girlfriend's townhouse which just make sense'.

He then revealed the harrowing find, which was nothing other than a 'stalker shrine' consisting of 'old photos and clothes pinned to the wall along side single items such as used bandaids, gum, ciggies…'
The TikToker told followers how the flatmates also discovered 'bar of soaps and liquids,' which he rightfully concluded was 'creepy as f*ck'.
He updated followers in a later post that the tenants had 'since gone to the real estate agent who contacted the landlords who purchased the house in 2016.'

'The response was that during a renovation the builders notified the landlords of previous occupants 'personal belongings',' he explained.
Martin's girlfriend reportedly contacted 'the non-urgent police hotline,' however she was allegedly told that 'if there is no body part', they couldn't do anything.
Watch part two below:
Martin stated that Fitzroy Police Station did take down a report and were 'fully supportive'.

While the boyfriend told News.com.au it was 'really scary stuff' and that 'everyone in the house was pretty much terrified,' he resolved that the find was 'either a creep with weird obsession with a footy player or an art installation,' and that he 'doubt[s]' anything will come of the police report.
Martin added that the group is likely going to 'have to do the ditry work and get it all down and throw it all out' before they plan to also do a house cleanse.
The original post has since amassed over 500,000 views, with users flooding to the video in horror. One said: 'uhhhmmm anyone else feel like this would probably solve a cold case????'

Another wrote: 'I’m sorry … was that blood …'
A third commented: 'Well that’s terrifying.'
The part I personally find most scary is the fact the housemates have decided to still live there considering I wouldn't need a single Scooby snack to pelt straight back out that door, never to return again.
